Our latest film, It Still Burns, will have its world premiere at the HodgePodge Film Fest 2024 in Lancaster, PA this Saturday, September 21st! This will be our second film to have a theatrical premiere this year, our fourth film to premiere this year! We are beyond excited to share with the world what we can do!

I just got reminded that on this day 8 years ago, we began filming a little project called Amongst the Undead... this wasn't the first time we tried to bring this project to life, but it was the time that stuck, and we completed a neat little webseries pilot that got 13K+ views in just about a week's time.

2024 is going to be a monumental year for Scotastic Productions, as it is the ten year anniversary of us using the name “Scotastic”. To celebrate, we are hosting “10 Years of Scotastic Productions” a yearlong celebration of filmmaking, friendship, and fun.

We are kicking off with the release of our most recent short film “Three Idiots to a Team” which will be released January 19, 2024 at 4:00pm on the Scotastic Productions YouTube Channel.

Growth for the Sake of Storytelling

Scotastic Productions has gradually increased in size, quality, and output quantity over the past four years, but we are about to make a few new steps. By the end of 2018 calendar year, we want to be able to have a website with our own domain, as well as establishing our company as an official LLC. These are two huge steps for us, because even though we have continued to make films and tell stories, we need a way to reach a larger audience and network to make new connections to bring new people in. A website and established LLC will be able to do just that.
