On August 22, 2024, the students and faculty of CSA Biñan gathered with hearts full of gratitude to celebrate the installation of new president, Rev. Fr. Dante O. Juloc, OSA.

The ceremony, held during the Mass of the Holy Spirit at the CSA Biñan Audi-Gymnasium, marked a significant moment in the school's history. Rev. Fr. Wilson A. Capellan, OSA, formally passed the leadership baton to Fr. Juloc, symbolizing a new chapter for the institution.

The event was a heartfelt occasion, reflecting the community’s hope and excitement for the future under the new leadership.

The Senior High School department recently held its first house assembly, marking the beginning of the new academic year. The event served as an orientation for Grades 11 and 12 students, providing them with an overview of the upcoming activities.

House leaders kicked off the assembly by welcoming the students with a series of interactive icebreaker activities. The session then included an introduction to the Agustinolympics, which was set to take place next week. The assembly aimed to build excitement for the upcoming Hirapo Kinara and Imperio del Rojo competitions.

The Calamus Augustinianus, the official Student Publication of the Senior High School Department, recently conducted its qualifying exam at SMH 301.

The qualifying exam, facilitated by Ms. Jesusa Lyn N. Gonzales, the Calamus Augustinianus publication adviser, focused not only on the students' technical skills in writing, drawing, and editing but also challenged them to uphold the high ethical standards essential to responsible journalism.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be part of the SHS Student Publications, gaining valuable experience and mentorship from professionals.

The Senior High School (SHS) Department conducted the annual students' orientation on August 8, 2024, at the College Auditorium. The event provided essential information about campus resources, academic expectations, and support services. Highlights included presentations by the Health and Safety Officer, an introduction to instructional programs, discussions on religious formation, deportment, student welfare, guidance services, and social development programs.

The purpose of this activity was to provide the SHS learners, especially the new Grade 11 students, with a comprehensive outline of the services, requirements, and framework for the current academic year. Part of the orientation proper was also dedicated to the introduction and presentation of the new CSA-Biñan school administration, including the friars, lay leaders, faculty, and staff.

Today marked an exciting new chapter for Imperio del Rojo (Red House) and Hirapo Kinara (Gold House) at the Senior High School Department.

The annual House Sorting event welcomed a vibrant influx of fresh faces, ushering in a wave of enthusiastic new members to both the Red and Gold Houses.
