It's been a pleasure working once again with The New Media Firm this political ad season, supporting Kamala Harris's presidential campaign. We've had the pleasure of collaborating countless times before, in both English and Spanish, and their innovative approach and shared values always make the process seamless. We're proud to have lent our voices to this critical campaign. Give a listen to the resulting radio ad!

And away we go with #WovoCon2024 in Chicago#voiceover ! Fabulous reconnecting with old friends and making new ones. The Unconference model is so perfect for this collaborative group. Grateful to be here.
Brooklyn with our beautiful and kind #voiceover hermana @melissaexvo tonight 🙏🏼 Un placer compartir y caminar en Brooklyn juntos con nuestra amiga Ex 💜
Do you know what happens when your #voiceover tribe is there for you? Well, just about anything! The one and only @jenniferantkowiak recommended my Latin band, @solycanto for this performance in Worcester Massachusetts in the historic @mechanicshall. We had such a blast last night. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts Jenn!
Gracias to the wonderful folks who came to our concert in a welcoming and beautiful home in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Sunday, for an unforgettable afternoon! We leaned heavily into the three part vocal harmonies that we love when we have @queraltgiralt with us, alongside her soulful cello playing, Brian’s latest songs, and a few beloved Latin classics that make people swoon because they are THAT beautiful including Simón Diaz’s “Tonada de Luna llena” and “ Soy Pan, Soy Paz, Soy Más” Piero from Argentina and Luis Ramón Igarzábal from Uruguay. Special thanks to Melissa Howden for organizing Thor’s house concert. We LOVED it! Muy agradecidos 🙏🏼
A little sneak peek into my remote recording set up for my awesome voiceover clients. For the next few weeks, I am spending time in my husband, Brian‘s homeland, New Mexico! In a few weeks, we will be doing a couple of concerts in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, but during the entire month I will be recording my voiceovers here in this funky studio that Brian put together for me. Special thanks to my friend Fernando Eid Pires from @audiosigma for his brand new Mike Hero DSP “Denoise” model. About your question, the MikeHero is really good. MikeHero DSP it cleans off any background noise you have - natural microphone hiss, home appliances, wind, hvac. It’s FLAWLESS! My client is so happy with the sound. As am I. In addition, I’m using a portable pop filter that my dear friends from Brazil, expert voiceover talents @simonekliass and Jason Bermingham gave me years ago. Those geniuses use this as their card! and today I got to do my first gig for @voice_productions, a corporate narration in English for the U.S. division of a German company. Yesss! It went so well thanks to this fantastic set-up. I’m very excited to do more!
So proud of our son Zia Amador who happens to work at @remnantbrewing in Somerville (which we love!) and did the #voiceover for this peek behind-the-scenes there. Bravo.
¡Direct from the voiceover recording booth in Buenos Aires!
Unable to alegría grabar con Pablo Liquid de @estudioliquidok ! Mil gracias Pablo 🙏🏼🇦🇷
¡¡¡Feliz 2024!!! Happy new year! Thank you @rockportnye for inviting us to perform last night. WONDERFUL audience for our 1 1/2 hour set that ended up 💃🏿 and a wonderful family of friends who put us up last night topped off with a chilly, crisp nature walk in beautiful #rockportma. Welcome 2024!!
A confession: last week I hurt myself mysteriously at the gym and had horrific pain in my right hip, glute and knee. I could barely walk! I was crawling up the steps. I actually waddled. My extraordinary physiatrist was able to see me three days later thanks to a cancellation (thank you universe!) and ordered an MRI. Until she can see me again to treat me further tomorrow she gave me some advice and some medication to help me tolerate pain. Turns out I have significant bursitis. There’s more but I don’t understand the language in the imaging test.
Miraculously yesterday I woke up and noticed far less pain and rigidity. And today it’s nearly back to normal. I am so, so grateful, particularly because Brian and I are about to travel to Brazil for the first time, to attend a body percussion and vocal improvisation retreat. A lot of movement is involved. Plus we’re going a few days earlier to get to know Brazil a bit more. I am so relieved and immensely grateful that my healing is progressing on its own and I’m eager to learn what my doctor will recommend and follow her recommendations. Thank you 2024 for this most beautiful gift- restoring my health so I may be able-bodied. I don’t take it for granted ever and my heart is with anyone who suffers from chronic pain. I feel extreme lucky.

I am thrilled to have been featured in this thoughtful podcast all about female singers whose journey has included balancing motherhood with the demands of life as a vocalist. Thank you @valeriedaysings for inviting me and for getting me to open up about both my singing and voiceover journey. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I’m honored to be in the company of so many amazing singers, whom I deeply respect, starting with you! The Living a Vocal Life Podcast is so inspiring.
