EVERYONE, you MUST carry a clear bag into event. Buses depart from Super Wal-Mart in Osprey 6:20am SHARP. Coffee is served in parking lot before departure. 5:45-6:05am
DAY TRIP (Bus #1) 3/25. The price is $205 per person. INCLUDES bus transportation, lower level seats, breakfast served on the bus including mimosa, your ticket, lite snacks given out before departure for the ride home and a pit stop at McDonald’s. Bus will depart for home at 6:20pm sharp. Go to where the bus dropped you off at and look for All Around Charters, bus #1
THE OVERNIGHT TRIP (Bus #2&3) 3/25- 3/26 is $850 for 2, double occupancy, only $425 each.
INCLUDES: Breakfast on bus ride their, day ticket, night ticket, hotel, next day ticket & transportation
Hotel- Roadway Inn & Suites (20 min away) Newly renovated with hot breakfast in cafe, Min frig, microwave, on-site restaurant & sports bar, fitness room, and outdoor heated pool. All room have 2 queen beds.
*OVER NIGHTERS - With masking tape put your name on each piece of luggage. Luggage will be in a designated area for you to pick upon upon arrival at hotel that evening. If you can pay now it would help the hotels a lot because we are taking 55 rooms.
