We use a series of keyword research strategies to create content that is laser-focused on dominating the ranking opportunities present in our clients' market. Here are 3 of the best strategies that you can use to replicate our ranking success.

1) Use a tool like Ubersuggest to enter your niche and get a ton of keyword recommendations based on traffic and ranking difficulty.

2) Enter your competition’s domain name on Ubersuggest and see the keywords they are ranking for.

3) Enter your competition’s domain name In Ahref’s site explorer tool and see the keywords it is ranking for. Now filter the keyword difficulty by making it 0-20. These are the keywords that your competition is ranking for without much competition.

Using these tactics, you will now have a list of keywords to target and optimize your site for.

B2B SaaS Content Writing tip: How to find keywords that bring high traffic and have less competition.

This is one of my fav growth hacks to rank on Google. We use this tactic for our clients to find a host of keywords that have high traffic potential and are fairly easy to rank on search engines.

Here’s what you need to do.

1) Go to Ahrefs - Keywords Explorer

2) Enter your keyword.

3) Now go to phrase match option

4) Set KD (Keyword difficulty) as 0-10

5) Set Volume (traffic volume) as above 1000

This will fetch a bunch of related keywords that have high traffic and low competition.

How to know what questions people are having in your industry?

Finding the questions and queries related to your industry can make you optimize your content for higher relevancy and thus better rankings.

1) An easy way to find out is by using the “People also ask” feature on Google search itself.

2) Another way is going to Answerthepublic.com and entering your niche. It will fetch a host of questions related to your industry.

3) Alternatively, you can do the exact same on Quora and find relevant questions.

The key is to know the questions and then create content answering the questions in the most comprehensive way possible. This is what will make you rank on Google for years to come!

Using these and other web optimization strategies, we have scored multiple no.1 and page 1 rankings on Google.

Here are the top 5 web speed optimization strategies:

1) Optimize images using a plugin like ShortPixel or Smush

2) Enable Content Delivery Network. Use a service like Cloudflare.

3) Minify CSS, JavaScript, and HTML. Use a plugin like WPRocket to get this done. Once installed go to “Static Files” tab and checkmark the files you want to minify and combine. Next click on “Save Changes”.

4) Load CSS and JavaScript files asynchronously. This means your files will load simultaneously and not one at a time. To do this, use WPRocket by going to the “Static Files” tab and checkmark the options corresponding to “Render Blocking CSS/JS”. Next click on “Save Changes”.

5) Enable Compression. Compressing your files will reduce a great deal of load and make your site super fast. Use a plugin like W3 Total Cache to enable Gzip.

Take the help of the survey (as mentioned in my previous post) and focus specifically on the responses to the last question - “What does solving this problem mean to their business”. Also, take advantage of other top industry leaders in the niche and study their marketing and sales copy to see how exactly are they describing the transformation and result.

Next, power up the results even further by sharing the testimonials of previous clients who fall into the demography of my prospect. This further helps in selling the transformation.
