On the weekend I rolled a hay bale out in the creek hidden from the cows in the hope it would make them wander the creek looking for it.
Come out tonight and all the cattle are in the creek and they haven’t even touched the bale, but they’re eating the green phalaris which is what I was trying to achieve.

The big rig still purrs like a kitten at a milk pail 👌🏼
Getting a few jobs done on our old Isuzu JCR to tidy it up a little.
This truck known to us as Woggo was done rebuilt by Dad and some helpers a few years ago now and still runs like a clock every time.
We are now in the process of doing any jobs that need doing before we get it back on the road.
The one job that wasn’t done when the truck got rebuilt was a set of front springs, so today we got a new set of front springs into Woggo and also put a new hanger bearing in the tailshaft.
Next on the list is to give it a good degrease and wash, clean the interior out and put some new floor mats in and then a bit of work on the cab.
If anyone has a decent set of front indicator lenses for one of these or knows a truck that’s being parted out I’d be interested in a few bits and pieces.
