Community-Life Entertainment System’s Streaming (快活音芸集団放送) の略称であり、のびのびと元気に音楽や他の創作活動を行う人々が活動する団体です。

音楽を趣味とする人が中心となって、首都圏で生活する人々の様々な活動を、インタビューなどを交えつぶさにその模様を視覚化する事ににより、日本のクリエイティブ・アクティビティを促進していきます。

運営メンバーや制作担当者が、その都度呼ばれるゲストに対して提案したり、自分達で内容を考えたりし、独自の制作を行います。自由で制約のないインターネットの特性を生かした、日本の草の根、現場中心で自分達を表現する人達のありのままの姿をご覧ください。
