It is easy to say we love Jesus Christ, but our love must be sincere not simply a word we repeat. Words that we utter as an overflow of what is in our heart are genuine, but it is possible to speak with our lips what our hearts do not truly believe. Life will put our love of Christ to the test and find out if it be genuine or not.

Who can compare to the One who created the heavens, the earth, and everything in between? Who can say they can stand on the same ground as the God who made the ultimate sacrifice of love, to save those who didn't even know they needed saving? No one. In all we do, in all we see, and in all we face, we must carry this thought in mind: the God we call our Heavenly Father is the greatest of all. In all His splendor and glory, He counted us worthy to be called His children. There truly is no one like Him.

The Jews of Jesus' day were very concerned about ritual rules, such as not eating specific foods and not eating without first ceremonially washing their hands. But Jesus showed that it is not what we take in (eat) that defiles us but what comes out of our hearts, such as (see verses 21 and 22) evil thoughts, sexual sin, murder, theft, envy of others' possessions, blasphemy, and the like.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🙏
