為響應5月17號的國際不再恐同日，香港同志影展推出特備節目《街坊·同志》，策劃人劉志聰帶來了南韓、緬甸及香港等地的同志短片，並選址於深水埗及土瓜灣等地區放映，希望把LGBT議題融入平民社區，予各階層人士免費觀看。

代表香港的其中一部短片是洪榮杰的Forever 17(推開世界的門)，他詳談了拍攝電影的原因及內容，並表示希望製作更多有關同志的影像給大家欣賞。

A romance about Ricky and Roger who share life together and face all kinds of life adversities, including betrayal, temptation, illnesses, etc.; and only till death do they part. Director Kit Hung creates and visualises a q***r utopia as a gift to the q***r community.
