I am honored to announce that I am an official member of National Association of Voice Actors: NAVA, an organization that, day by day, I witness helping my colleagues with resources, encouragement, and information to elevate their careers. NAVA supports us during hard times by providing legal counsel and many other helpful resources. However, the most impactful to me are the resources for mental health and basic needs like health insurance that every one of us needs. Thank you for bringing our industry forward. It is an honor to be a part of such a great cause. I encourage my colleagues who haven't joined yet to do so. In Spanish, we have a saying: “Hoy por ti, mañana por mí” (Today for you, tomorrow for me), so I encourage you to get involved, “Hoy por ti, mañana por mí” whether through a small donation, becoming a member, or being a resource. As always, I wish everyone an amazing rest of your week, and don't ever forget that THE TIME IS NOW!

Today, I share with you a PSA I voiced for my home state, Washington. I pinch myself every day. I just can’t believe that I have the privilege of voicing this type of work all day, every day. I don’t post my work as much as I used to because I’m busy working, but I am so incredibly thankful for the opportunity to be able to voice, especially for my home state. And for anyone out there who still hasn’t realized their dream, it’s never too late. You know my quote, “THE TIME IS NOW.” Have a wonderful weekend.

Every project I voice is an honor, but voicing this PSA in Spanish for the local KADI - Knock and Drop Iowa food pantry and Refugee & Immigrant Voices in Action - RIVA in Iowa, run by my dear friend Zuli, holds a special place in my heart. Their work has been a beacon of hope, especially during the pandemic and through economic uncertainties, providing daily sustenance to our community. I’m incredibly honored to lend my voice to such a meaningful cause. I encourage you to learn more about this amazing organization and support them with a donation if possible. Spanish/English Voice Actor

Jessica is a national and international professional voice actor she was born in Washington state, she is the daughter of Mexican immigrants who moved back to Michoacán, Mexico by the time she was just three years old. After returning to the United States at the age of thirteen, she lived in Los Angeles. Jessica is well traveled, and has brought with her a very diverse, culture-rich background to Iowa since the time she was eighteen.

Jessica decided to develop her career in voiceover work, breaking into the industry in 2009. Over the years, she has matured into a professional voiceover actor that has voiced for household names such as McDonalds, Wells Fargo, Johnson and Johnson, in conjunction with many other national and local brands.
