Who struggles with hip flexors taking over during abs/core workouts? My biggest tip is to keep your legs LIGHT and focus on using your abs/core to LIFT/PULL your legs up. And keep your pelvis tucked under slightly.

I have my band hooked around my couch leg but I do recommend buying a door attachment for your band. Save this for when your travelling or if you need a break from heavy weights.
