Who struggles with hip flexors taking over during abs/core workouts? My biggest tip is to keep your legs LIGHT and focus on using your abs/core to LIFT/PULL your legs up. And keep your pelvis tucked under slightly. Complete each exercise for 30 seconds and 4 rounds. Let me know if you try this.
