In 2011 I started selling IDX websites to real estate agents & brokers nationwide, this was when my true sales skills came out!
This was heavy outbound dialing, high-level outbound dialing then presenting and closing!
I was converting 30+ new accounts monthly.
That's over 300 new real estate relationships that most to this day I can reach out to and re-ignite and gear towards the long term goals

I intend to do that while creating new ones with the intent to start doing business as an investor/buyer to them

In this stream, I will cold call some agents to see if they would be open to working with me as a buyer that is looking to buy more properties for future projects and holds for my portfolio, being fully transparent, that at times I exit assignment of contract.
