Sweating in all the places that I shouldn’t be 🥹 … but It was cool to clear out land and see all that I’ve contributed to within 36 hours😊🇹🇹
Here’s some things I’ve seen while the jungle …
2 termites nest in cocoa trees ( look up how big them is..)
1 tarantula (imagine seeing in while in total darkness with your peripheral vision)
3 fat ass lizards
1 tiny snake ( not venomous, thank God)
a blue cockroach (🪳🤣)
bats lived in top of the cabin🦇 (shown in reels)
walked a mile both ways to take 2 spring showers 🚿
& 2 planted trees later 🌴
…. FUN FACT, Christopher Colobus first point of entry to Trinidad was through the same very bush I stayed in!! I can’t believe all them white men trekked up them mountains and I couldnt fathom being an enslaved african taking to work in those conditions either!!! Whew!! My respect to bush people go far and long 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🌿💕

This weekend I hosted my first ever Holistic Herbal Wellness Retreat! Whewww talk about sacred and intimate connections, conversations and healing. 🌸💕

🧍🏿‍♀️SURRENDER • to abandon oneself entirely to (a powerful emotion or influence); give in to🧍🏿‍♀️. That became the theme during this retreat as we all began to trust one another to be vulnerable with each other. It was beautiful to experience. I’m feeling so grateful and full!

I could not have asked for a better group of girls to spend this experience with. This space was so open we laughed, we cried, we aligned, connected and most importantly prioritized our wellness and spiritual health🍄🌿💆🏾‍♀️✨

Thank you God for opening up new doors and adventures for me. Thank you for blessing me with a new set of lifelong friends. And Thank you answering my prayers. 🙏🏾

DR was one of my favorite countries to solo travel to thus far!! So much so, i’m looking for apartments out there 😂🇩🇴🫶🏾

Beautiful coast and beaches, friendly locals, fresh food and fruits, and sexy language are a few reasons you’d wanna check this island out. More content coming soon. ✈️
