Chicken nuggets with 3 different Hidden Veggies 🥰 Boost your chicken nuggets to make them healthier and perfect for picky eaters or non-picky eaters alike! 😋 this is SO EASY and nutritious… Ingredients: 500g chicken mince ou ground chicken (seasoned with paprika, salt, black pepper) 1 egg 1/2 cup of any flour of your choice Veggies: cauliflower, broccoli and carrots Coating: bread crumbs or panko Instructions: Combine chicken, paprika, salt, black pepper, one egg and flour. Meanwhile, steam veggies until very soft. In a food processor or mashing with a fork, combine chicken and veggies. Shape tablespoonfuls of the mixture into nugget shapes using wet hands. Coat each nugget with bread crumbs or panko. Place the nuggets on a lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (355F) for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20 minutes. Notes: You can freeze these nuggets after coating them in bread crumbs for quick and easy cooking later!
