It is possible that in asymmetry and symmetry, there is a changeing of creation.
Like thought into form and visa versa.
How can we define such balance in the linear terms that language offers?

Sit or stand comfortably.

1️⃣ INHALE through the nose 4-5 seconds. Remember to fill your entire being with your breath – start inhaling below the belly button, next expanding the stomach out, and lastly the upper chest!
2️⃣ Stick out the tongue as far as you can and open you mouth as wide as you can.
3️⃣ Powerfully EXHALE through the mouth with “Ahh” sound —like a lion.
4️⃣ REPEAT for just 3 minutes, you can work up to 11 minutes. *Don’t be afraid to feel silly😜and really make a sound on the exhale!
