Turns out DEI and woke incompetence at the highest levels, as illustrated by current Aurora mayor Richard Irvin and former police chief and self-claimed lesbian Kristen Ziman, is dangerous to public safety and taxpayers. Ziman rose past much higher qualified and competent professionals based upon her gender, sexual relations and leveraging DEI and wokeness. Irvin used being black to stand out as a fake Republican, even though he is a woke extremist. Corporations including Meta that owns Facebook are dumping DEI and woke policies, but as we see in LA with fires, what actually matters is competence regardless of your background.
