Compassion is not possible without pain
It’s only when we face suffering - compassion and understanding is born.

Happiness is a function of compassion
Practicing Compassion in your heart leads to happiness
Love is treating your heart with tenderness, with understanding, love and compassion. From there your offer it to others.

Self compassion makes us calm and up regulates positive emotions and gives us immense inner strength.
Be gentle to yourself, have patience in the process but keep moving ahead little by little💫

How you do one thing is how you do everything 🌹✨
Recipe for Rose Cardamom Cacao drink🌹✨
First make the Tea and Concentrate:
grind 1 stick of cinnamon and 8-10 pods of cardamom
Add 1 tsp rooibos tea to this mixture
Bring 1/2 cup of water to boil and add mixture to water and let it simmer in water for a few minutes
Reduce heat for 5-10 minutes
Cool with ice if you want to enjoy it cold
Blending the milk and Tea
Add 1/2 cup tea concentrate with 1 and 1/2 cup of milk of your choice to a blender ( We prefer Macadamia or Almond milk)
Add two or three tablespoons of @navitasorganics Cacao powder
Add honey to your taste of desired sweetness
Blend the mixture
Final prep and serving
Pour in a cup
And Top with rose petals, few threads of saffron and a crushed almond

S l o w Your Breath
Breath awareness can shift your physiology, nervous system, emotions, and state of mind, helping you to show up better for yourself and those around you.
One simple breath cycle has four parts:
inhalation, retention, exhalation, and retention (khumbaka),
which uses the clavicle, diaphragm, and intercostal muscles.
And Repeat for a few cycles. Notice how you feel.
However, if you have blood pressure variances or IBD, you may only want to practice slow inhales and exhales without retention due to contraindications for retention.
When it comes to pranayama practice, it’s essential to learn from an experienced practitioner and to take it slow.
Remember, the power of your breath is always with you. Take a moment to slow down and breathe, and watch as your well-being transforms before your eyes.
