Imagine an older child learning to walk Main Street trying to get traffic to stop. Friday there was an accident at Main and South Brett. Another really busy intersection. This is local traffic and tourist. This happens every day. Locals and visitors. You are seen.

For both vaccination shots, for both myself (Katie) and my vaxx text-Buddy, we were down for a couple days, and then bounced back. Far. Both runners, we could run father and faster than we had weeks prior. Video-ed here is the pace of today’s run. For both shots, my spring asthma lifted after the vaccination shot. Grateful for our experience thus far. Hope yours fared well. Take it easy, eat your way through it, drink lots of water, and get fresh air and sunshine.
