I am Dave Aisenstat and I am on a mission to help small businesses in the Hudson Valley increase their social media content awareness, primarily through the two biggest social media outlets we use - Instagram and Facebook. Well, I've always had a passion for photo and video. I produced my first movie when I was 14-years-old. My love for film continued with a degree at Hunter College in Film Studie

s. Hard-pressed to find a production job in NYC, I stumbled upon the strength and condition program, CrossFit, in 2008 when no one knew what the hell it was. Fast forward to present day; I now own two CrossFit 845 locations here in the Hudson Valley. In addition, my love for photo and video has reinvigorated itself. Look around you: everyone is on their phones these days scrolling through two primary mediums - Instagram and Facebook. My love and passion for entrepreneurship and owning two small businesses has led me to helping other small businesses in the area who lack a social media presence. My tactics through Instagram and Facebook has helped acquire over 500 members for the CrossFit 845 brand alone. There is a method to the madness of social media, and I have unlocked the process and product behind it.
