MAMBA OUTFIT 339 Participates in JAMBOREE 2024

Mamba Outfit 339 partakes in the eagerly-awaited "76th Council-Wide Scout Jamboree" from April 12 to 14, 2024 at the Camp Rodriguez-Santos in Cadlan-Palestina, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Mamba Outfit 339 comprises five student-participants: Sr. Sct. John Ferl Delos Santos, Sr. Sct. Marian Joy Vivas, Sr. Sct. Jasha May Iya Barcelon, Sr. Sct. Dan Harlei Ragudo, and Sr. Sct. Princess Mariel Vivas, led by School BSP Coordinator Sctr. Richard S. Mayores WBH and Outfit Advisor Sctr. Nerissa P. Bocato WBH.

CASAMAHO, the Libmanan District's scouting group, is named after the schools it represents. "CA" signifies Carmel National High School, "SA" denotes San Juan National High School, "MA" refers to Mambayawas High School, and "HO" stands for Homobono H. Gonzales National High School.

Sr. Sct. John Ferl H. Delos Santos spearheaded the CASAMAHO for the entire duration of the jamboree, with Sr. Sct. Marian Joy C. Vivas contributing to The Campzette publication. She penned a news piece on Module 3, focusing on essential scouting skills.

The CASAMAHO members significantly benefitted from their 3-day stay in Pili, expanding their knowledge and thoroughly enjoying interactions with scouts from different schools.

This jamboree, brimming with educational experiences and unforgettable memories, will linger in everyone's hearts and minds. Until our paths cross again, fellow scouts!

Mambayawas High School (MHS) extends its heartfelt gratitude towards all the parties responsible for the triumphant event, especially the parents of the five scout participants. Your continued support for your child is the cornerstone of their promising future.

ONCE AWAKEN, SOMEONE WILL STAND STRONG AND IS INDESTRUCTIBLE.

Mambayawas High School tapped another milestone as they brought home the 2nd place spot for Best in Marching for CTP/DRRM Boys and CTP/DRRM Girls Categories during the 1st Libmanan CTP/DRRM Street Parade today, April 4, 2024.

This competition is a part of the 450th Foundation Anniversary of the municipality of Libmanan in the province of Camarines Sur.

MHS delegation that flaired in this remarkable win is composed of platoons headed by its troop commander Cyrus San Diego. Majorette and DLC were led by Marian Joy Vivas and Jenkienson Sisno, respectively.

Meanwhile, the winning CTP/DRRM boys and girls platoons were led by John Ric San Diego and Jessica Martinez.

This win was made possible with the undying effort and dedication of the students, parents, school personnel, and their CTP/DRR Coordinator Maria Isabel Geronilla, Majorette Coordinator Dave Laguidao, and DLC Coordinator Nerissa Bocato.

Mambayawas High School nakiisa sa ginanap na NSED

Sa pag tunog ng alarm hudyat ng isang lindol, sa Ika 25 ng Marso 2024, ang Mambayawas High School ay nakiisa sa NATIONAL SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED) kasama ang mga g**o at mag-aaral.

Ang lahat ng mag-aaral ay pinalikas at pinapunta sa ground ng MHS kung saan walang mahuhulog na sanga o mababagsak na bato sa paglindol. Pagkatapos ay nagsagawa kaagad ng pagsaliksik ang mga mag-aaral sa SHS DRRM, nais nila na maipakita ang iba‘t ibang trahedya na maaring mangyari sa oras ng sakuna at upang maipamalas ang mga natutunan ng mga mag-aaral sa SHS DRRM sa paggamit ng paunang lunas sa mga nasugatan ng paglindol.

Ang NSED ay pinangunahan ng SHS at School DRRM Coordinator na si Gng. Maria Isabel Genorilla kasama ang mga mag-aaral sa SHS DRRM at iba pang mga kaguruan.

Ito ay naglalayong palakasin ang kaalaman at kahandaan ng bawat Pilipino sa mga gagawin bago, habang at pagkatapos ng sakuna at layunin na maihanda at maipaalam sa mga mag-aaral kung ano ang dapat gawin sa pagkakataon na makararanas ng paglindol habang sila ay nasa paaralan.

“Maging handa‚ mapanuri‚ mapagmatyag, maasahan‚ sa bawat oras‚ minuto‚ sigundo ng araw‚ ”‚ ang mga katangiang ito‘y dapat nating pakatatandaan, dahil ito ay magdadala saatin sa kaligtasan.

MHSeans, geared by NSED 2024

Mambayawas High School participated the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2024 today, March 25, 2024.

NSED is a simulation of an earthquake and response management scenario that seeks to inculcate awareness and knowledge among the students and teachers on what to do during an earthquake and how to protect themselves from the dangers brought by it.

School's participation to NSED was spearheaded by SHS Teacher and School DRRM Coordinator Maria Isabel Geronilla together with the school personnel and DRRM SHS students.

It was likewise supervised by the very hands-on and objective school head, Dr. Rosalinda R. Aureus.

The Guava Journal/Panulukang Pluma Campus Journalist joined the highly anticipated 2nd Congressional District School Press Conference (CSPC) at Sagrada Familia High School(SFHS) /(SFES) Minalabac, Camarines Sur last March 22, 2024.

Out of 25 secondary schools from 8 different municipality. Mambayawas High School (MHS) secured their spot in the division level .

RILI, NIPA: PASOK SA DSSPC 2024

Iba't ibang paaralan ang dumalo sa 2nd Congressional School Pres - Conference Journalism sa Sagrada Familia High School nitong biyernes, March 22, 2024. Ipinakita ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang galing at kakayahan sa kanilang mga events upang makapasok sa Top 5 division qualifier.

Sinimulan ang kaganapan na ito sa pag awit ng pambansang awit ng Pilipinas sa pangunguna ni Mrs. Edna B. Ecleo, mapeh coordinator at sinundan naman ito ng panalangin sa pangunguna ni Josie N. Hugo, reading coordinator ng Sagrada Familia.

Isa sa mga paaralan na dumalo ay ang Mambayawas High School (MHS) na mayroong 10 mag-aaral na jounalists, dalawang mag-aaral na journalist ng MHS ang pasok sa division qualifier na sina John philip Rili, 4th place sa photo journalism at Princess May Nipa, 5th place naman sa pagsulat ng balita.

Bawat mag-aaral sa iba't ibang paaralan na pasok sa top 5 division qualifier ay masayang nakatanggap ng parangal at sertipiko dahil sa ipinakita nilang galing at pagsusumikap na makapasok sa Top 5.

In a heart-wrenching event that has left the local community grieving, beloved golden retriever Killua was found dead in an unassuming sack at the suspect's location on Sunday, March 17, 2024, in Bato, Camarines Sur. The mysterious circumstances surrounding his demise have left both residents and dog lovers demanding answers.

Killua, renowned for his friendliness and unwavering loyalty, was one of the most cherished pets in Bato. His passing has cast a somber shadow over the town, where residents are searching for justice in the wake of this shocking incident.

The discovery of Killua's lifeless body came as a devastating blow to his owner, Vina Rachelle. Vina Rachelle, Killua's devastated owner, described him as the epitome of unconditional love and the heartbeat of their household.

"Mahal na mahal ko 'yan‚ we found his lifeless body inside a sack" the owner said , her voice filled with grief. "For the information of everyone, hindi yan nakalabas kasi bukas ang gate. The gate was locked. Tumaas siya tapos nahulog ata, we don't exactly know what happened. He was probably anxious and stressed, hindi siya sanay sa labas kasi sa loob lang yan ng bahay palagi. Kaya, no, hindi namin binuksan yung pinto kaya nakalabas. And if nangagat man, it is not enough reason to kill my pet. He was asking for apology, but no sorry could ever replace my baby," Rachelle added. The owner assured the public that they will do everything to ensure that Killua receives the justice he deserves.

Animal cruelty is a pressing issue that affects countless animals of all breeds and species every day. Whether it is through neglect, abuse, or exploitation, animals are continuously suffering at the hands of humans. Despite this, many individuals try to justify their actions by making excuses or turning a blind eye to reality. However, there is no excuse for harm or abuse innocent animals, and it is time to call all races against this cruelty and inhuman behavior. It is our duty as humans to protect and promote the welfare of all animals and to end animal cruelty once and for all.
