Amazing food. The food on the High Tea Towers is better than the Oak Bay Tea Room times 100 and that much better than the last time I had High Tea at the Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC.

I never lt the fact I was the only person of colour, the only Black person in any of these venues.

The Biscuit Eater Cafe and Bookstore has created an environment that welcomes and speaks to diversity. I would have done a lot to have had this experience with Jessika Hepburn when she was a kid.
