The timecode and duration vs playhead position can be confusing.
The basic idea is that zero timecode is actually the 1st frame!
Jumping the playhead to the end cut point is not the true last frame, it's always 1 frame back. Why? Because the cut point is after the frame has been output. 😉
This video shows the 2 keyboard shortcuts of how to place the playhead on the true last frame.

I wanted to congratulate and highlight two Australian Docu-features that won Awards at the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival.
Shannon Swanfor Best Edit in a Documentary Feature in "The Kids"
Our own Paul Murphy for his many roles including Editor for the Audience Choice Award in a Documentary Feature in "Blind Ambition".
Two great works, both Editors know each other, are from Melbourne and cut these long-form films with Adobe Premiere Pro.
I have spoken to both of them and they are willing to share their insights of why and how they use Premiere Pro for their Award-winning long-form work.
