The Annual battle o the soup – the Cullen Skink World Championships were held this last weekend in the wee coastal village o Cullen. Eager competitors gathered in the Cullen Bay Hotel to prepare their special cullinary creations for the judges. An the winner o bath the traditional recipe and the twist category wis won bi the same person. Margaret Macrae, fae the Buth Bheag’s Fisherman’s Kitchen, Kyle o Lochalsh, took hame the world Championship title for baith creations.
