Planet Krypton Studio offers our clientel the very best in quality sound. With a wide range of recording gear and expertise, we can and will deliver your sound needs. From Hip-Hop / Rap, R & B to Rock, you name it, we can do it for you. Why hassle from your in house "studio" to get the sound you wish you could have??? (Don't worry, we all have been there before my friend.) Our in house engineer has had years of experience in recording records for the likes of major lables/artists and will stop at nothing to make you love your record. We at Planet Krypton Studio believe the best sound comes from those people with an open mind and a great ear for frequencies. From post production, full blown tracking, to even mastering your album, we can and will deliver your studio needs. Have a session you did at home that you want mixed right?? No worries, we are firm believers in flexibility. This is why we have all major software DAW's for both Mac and PC for your importing needs. Our primary recording system is the industry standard Pro Tools HD. We also have Logic and Steinberg Nuendo/Cubase for the midi lovers out there. Using Sonar or Fruity Loops??? No worries, we got ya covered. Let's get your sequences converted and sounding the right way!!! And hey, why not re-cut those vocals over a Neumann Mic and an Avalon Pre-amp??? We love and embrace the new wave of virtual synth instrumentation. We have most major virtual synth's from Native Instruments and many other respected manufacturers. Pick your desired keyboard controller size. We have 61 (non-weighted), 76 (non-weighted) and 88 (weighted) key keyboards for you to play with. Go ahead, feel free to record a track or two. You never know, you may end up making a hit! It may sound corny my friends but that is how it usually happens. When it comes to mastering an album we at Planet Krypton understand that this is more than an album, IT IS JUST LIKE YOUR UNBORN BABY! That is why we will stop at nothing to deliver the sound your record needs to survive in our very competitive music world. We use industry standard Wavelab software along with the latest Apogee C777 clocking technology. Depending on the sound of each song we may run your record thru some vintage tube compression, eq, etc. to get the desired results. Once the songs are recorded to Wavelab the sound tweaking continues. We have over a hundred plug-ins including Waves Mercury, UAD and many other well known plug-ins to get the job done. We can only master records, not make miracles, so be sure to remember to bring your best mixes to the lab. Or, maybe we can re-mix the sequence for you??? Whatever the case, we are always willing to help get the job done...
