Week 12 (13.05.2024) - Working so hard! Here are a few pics from a couple of days ago. Planning the room layout and mounting the bumpers. Hanging off the edge with a heavy piece pf kit while your girlfriend has the giggles is always fun 😂 Shout out to my mate who voluntarily laid down so we could imagine how big the guest bed would be. We're having a blast!

Week 10 (01.05.2024) - THE ARRIVAL! She's in the water and yes she floats! Negociated a tight turn to get out of the marina and filled up on diesel and spares to begin the journey! Definitely need to get used to the size of this thing 😅 Work has already started on the window privacy film and other bits and bobs.

Week 10 (29.04.2024) - The finishing touches are coming together! Here you can see the gold coachline taped off and also the 1000L water tank! Only a couple of days left until delivery and are wrapping things up *very* nicely 🤩 Can't wait to see it in person in a few days!

Week 9 (26.04.2024) - It's window time! All the windows are going in and masking tape being laid for the gold coachline. D-day is feeling ever so real now 🤩 thanks again as always to for the amazing work!

Week 8 (14.04.2024) - Took a trip to check on the progress and was super happy to see the insulation was done since the last post. Got to go inside and walk around a bit! said there's another couple of weeks worth of work to do. Next week, paint! 🟦🟨

Week 8 (12.4.2024) - Just received these pictures from ! Primer is going on, all window holes are in now and the oh-so-fabulous skylight hole is in! So happy I went with that choice, it'll make the inside so much brighter! Also the wood skeleton to which the inside of the boat will be attached to is going in 😍Heading up to Liverpool again this weekend to see it again. 🤩

Week 7 (04.04.2024) - Big day today as I upload my first (ever) Youtube video! Time for my dear followers to get some proper perspective on this boat as you join me on my recent trip up to Liverpool and as I take my first peek at my new home.

Week 7 (02.04.2024) - Had the privilege of seeing my boat in the flesh and steel last Thursday for the first time. What an amazing feeling to see months of planning and design come to live and be able to touch it and feel it's size and presence. Thanks again to Ian and all the team at for their amazing work in making my home come true! 😍😍

Week 6 (26.03.2024) - Walls and roof are going up in preparation for the windows to be cut! Control station is in and so are the cleats! Will be heading up to on Thursday to see the big girl in person 😍 keep your eyes peeled for some content!

Week 5 (18.03.2024) - Little beginning of the week teaser with some screenshots of what the boat will "probably" look like.
Today, after a long period of reflection, we decided on the final colour scheme for Wyvern III.
RAL 5011 for the blue, RAL 1004 for the golden coachline and white anti-slip for the roof.

Week 4 (16.03.2024) - are really picking up the pace!
The back of the boat is coming along really well. Engine bay, w**d hatch and pipes getting welded in.

Week 3 (09.03.2024) - Baseplate has been moved to a new bay in the Collingwood Boat Builders warehouse. Gunnels and stern bulkhead are now going up!
Can't imagine the weight of these plates of steel! 😱

Today the first step of the build has begun! Just got these pictures from Collingwood Boat Builders who have laid down the base plate for the boat and are welding the 10mm steel sheets together.

I'm starting a new page for people to follow the build of Wyvern 3, my 65' x 12'6" Widebeam built by Collingwood Boat Builders in Liverpool in 2024.

Hopefully we can share, like and learn together during this build.
