I got asked to go back to just posting Airchexx stuff... so I got to work and put a new recording up this morning. It takes a few hours to edit the audio, get the site updated (things like php, the many plugins I use to make airchexx propagate throughtout the web and so on) and then create the post itself. Hey... I don't care to leave the museum up to AI. The human touch, that's what makes the magic here.
I have a NEW Dan Ingram aircheck. This one I presume came directly from the WABC studio skimmer machine, for various reasons which I outline in the description. It's a pristine recording, done sometime in June of 1970. See if you can nail down the exact date. Clue: The Temptations song in here was #7 on the WABC Super Hit Survey that week. We know that was in June of 1970... And the Jackson 5 - "The Love You Save" was #2 this particular week. I know you guys won't let me down.
We get to hear Howard Cosell's voice at the start of his "Speaking of Sports" segment, most of which was taken out of this aircheck. Its great to hear Big Dan say "Its Time to Broach the Coach" again!
I think you'll really enjoy this. I'll do the YouTube video presentation later today after I get the honeydo list finished for my better half... oh, even she yells at me for my political rants... For now, just enjoy!
