We are working on a follow-up Podcast Interview with Sinovuyo Mbonda who left Christianity to follow his calling as IXhwele (what can be loosely translated as Traditional Healer/African Medicine Man ).

He is now trying to find his feet and work his way back to Christianity and I know many of you are excited by this move.

To be fair, in our interview a couple of years back (March 2021), some did say he would be back in the Christian fold. You were right!

Ndlovu has a long running career as a broadcaster having worked for YFM and the SABC. He is best known for his voice-over work on Soccerzone, Laduma and IsiZulu commentary on soccer matches for UKhozi FM. Recently he has been in the news for what he calls his "intellectual property", a case where he lays claim to the concept of ingoma eyohlukanisa unyaka on UKhozi FM. Sinovuyo Khandiyeza Mbonda accepted Christ and was dedicated to his Christian faith until he had many unanswered questions. This unanswered questions, together with his personal struggles with sin led him towards an exit from the gospel of Christ. He found himself not being fulfilled by what Christianity had to offer.
