From my bias mind.
The process of every organ transplant requires organ harvesting. There is no question about the legality of organ transplant cos it's an established medical practice. we have heard of story of minors donating their entire organs to whosoever that need it. Though, for personal reason(s) - they don't have much time to live so thos who require some organ today live should be given that chance to live. We have also had of people who are healthy and full of life who also also allow some organ today be harvested from them because they want too support other life.
*The red flag in this issue can be sum up with these questions
-is the boys parent alive?
-If they are alive, did they consent to this arrangement?
-If they are no more, would they have consented to allowing their child donating his organ if they were alive?
I believe the fears is - the boy's willingness to donating his organ is not as a result of some psychological pressure and manipulation?
Stop demonizing Eke and his family , the fact that people do harvest people's organ without consent doesn't mean it's what is playing out here
it's not a case of planning to take a life for his daughter's,
Stop demonizing the boy that he is trying to play a fast one on Eke, he simply meant have gotten scared along the line. he might genuinely be scared of the success of the process, the implications. his actions may have been as a result of fear.
Think if you don't know the What is the merits of the case? it's better you keep quiet like me.
