3rd Annual Diepsloot Festival (DiepFest)

-A festival is an event ordinarily celebrated by a community and centering on some characteristic aspect of that community and its religion or cultures. Festivals often serve to fulfill specific communal purposes, in this regard the Annual Diepsloot Festival will serve a purpose of unifying entrepreneurs and artists in the community. It is important in that it will bring back the feel of talent locally in the community because the focus is now on mass-based entertainment.
The Diepsloot Festival is a fundraising event for non-profitable organizations in and around the community of Diepsloot and serves also as a social market event for small businesses in Diepsloot and surrounding areas.

In 2024 DiepFest is happening on Saturday 25 May 2024 at 8am to 4pm at Sarafinah Park Diepsloot Ext 8, King Senzagakhona Road.

Over the weekend 02 JULY 2022 Saturday from 10am to 5pm Sarafinah Park Diepsloot Ext 8, Neh Media Group brought in association with Coca-ColaCoca-ColaCoca-Cola Non-Profit Organizations Ikemeleng Foundation, AgaBokamoso, The MOMES Foundation, Vuk'zenzele Oldies and small businesses around Diepsloot and surrounding areas such PS.mathibela, Bow Bakes, Cowrie represented by Peter Thomo Molatjane Topbet SA, Lebowa Funerals the Diepsloot Festival (fundraising event for Non Profitable Companies and a social market for small business owners around Diepsloot and surrounding areas on).

To us as the event managers, the inaugural Diepsloot Festival was a success because we were able to create a platform that will be there for as long as we all work and put effort in raising, loving, promoting and consuming local township brands.

A big thank you to all the partners in the Inaugural Diepsloot Festival, the part that everyone played was crucial from start to finish regardless of how small it might be viewed. To those not mentioned, sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused.

Until the next one, indeed we made it a without being arrogant the is gonna be one of the big ones.
