In a weird space, lately & I feel like I’m being stretched.

I’ve never felt more resilient, more beautiful, more Black, less worried, less seen….

I’m trying to align myself with what God wants for me. Who God has for me (and doesn’t). Acknowledging the desires He placed inside of me, and allowing those to feed and fuel me as I fulfill my purpose. Then making sure I’m positioned to steward it all, properly.

It’s funny how you can be so sure of yourself, but realize that every day is a series of unknowns. Yet, here I am, trying to be a constant in a world full of variables.

If you look close enough, just beyond the smiles and perfect poses, you might catch a glimmer of the substance that lies beneath the surface.

And I promise, it’s a sight to behold.
