For the past year, our podcast has been a sort-of therapy project. It started with the idea of helping others with all things us women go through and feel but people don't talk about or society just accepts it, only the past year I feel it has turned into more therapy for myself.
Have you ever spent years overlooking behavior & compromising your own feelings all in the name of "friendship"? The world on the outside didn't see it because you just didn't speak of it. I am first to tell you that holding it in just makes it worse. I am here to tell you that the TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE!
A little warning though.... my breakthrough came with a lot of swearing so if you get offended easily or triggered by a woman finally boiling over and her rage came in the form of the F-word....A LOT.... then this episode may not be for you. I recommend 25 others for your listening pleasure though.
