Seeing as how tonight's upcoming episode (Disc 1, Episode 3: Astroharp 2000) features *by far* the most complex musical number to date, it seemed like a good time to mention some of the musicians behind the track we're calling "Megaliminal"
As with many of the tracks in SB2061, Megaliminal was based around Guy James on guitar. We at Evil Island can't speak highly enough of Guy, as he went into great detail about exactly how Billy should play, and what Layla should sound like. If you ever need a versatile guitarist, go right here https://www.fiverr.com/guyjamz
Once we had the guitar in place, the next layer was keys, and that's where we got Sato Lopez https://www.fiverr.com/satolopez who went way above and beyond in figuring out how to play as Kris would play - this person in this situation. Nailed it.
We'll admit to being nervous about Megaliminal before it was done, because for the scene to work, it had to have a certain impact. For that, in the both literal and figurative sense, we went to Rabid Dog Studios - which I would love to link to as well, but that does not appear to be possible at this point (someone please correct us if you know better!). The point though is that Rabid Dog went as far as using four arms to play every track requested! It was an absolute pleasure both professionally and musically to get to work with them.
If you enjoy the song, that's who to thank.
