For my 4th podcast episode, pinili ko munang lumayo sa photography themed na concept. Dahil gusto ko din ma-tackle ang isa pang passion na naging parte ng buhay ko, ang paglalaro ng yoyo.

Hindi siguro ako photographer/videographer ngayon kung hindi dahil sa yoyo. Mahabang story kaya sa podcast ko nalang ike-kwento. Pero sa hobby na to, may isang tao ang isa sa paborito ko.

Kapag may yoyo club meet at yoyo contest noon, palagi mo siyang makikitang masaya at nakakahawa yung energy niya sa room. Sobrang na-push niya ang envelope ang tricks sa offstring dito sa Pilipinas. Talagang tutukan mo ang freestyle niya pag siya na ang nakasalang sa stage. Bihira ako sumali sa contests pero I'm always rooting for him to win. Kaya hindi nakakapagtaka na 8x National Champion siya.

Yoyoing brought him to the US, being part of the Duncan Crew at nagpe-perform sa Disneyland. Sobrang saya kung paano siya dinala ng yoyoing. Na kahit ako, from a simple hobby, ginawa naman akong photographer.

I'm bad with introductions (pero magaling sa reproduction, wink) pero I'm excited to have Sean Perez on the podcast!

For my second guest sa podcast, isa siya sa unang taong kinausap ko na maging guest last year. Na-meet ko siya noong high school at naging close dahil sa similar hobby at mahilig sa Asian films (hehe), naging schoolmate ko pa rin siya pagdating sa college. After parting ways at napunta sa iba't ibang field, naging pareho na din kami ng hobby at career, photography.

Parehas kaming photographer pero magkaiba kami ng subjects, napunta siya sa outdoor lifestyle at pag-akyat sa bundok and taking photos while juggling his day job. Sinimulan niya din ngayon mag street photography with film. He's now sponsored by various brands and I'm a very proud friend and very glad having him on this episode.

As usual, wala kaming plano na step by step, naglakad-lakad lang kami sa Ortigas. Medyo kinalawang sa pagshu-shoot pero first time ko din magamit yung Fujifilm XT3.

Hey guys! I'm not really good at writing, promoting and writing since I prefer talking. Kaya tonight, I'll be talking a lot with a fellow photographer, Julia Richards.

Maaring nakita nyo na siya hosting Presello's house tours pero pag uusapan natin yung iba pang ginagawa behind the camera or yung second favorite color niya bukod sa black.

I think more than 5 years kami nagka-kilala online pero nagkakilala kami 3 years ago bilang magka-trabaho at eventually magkaibigan.

Isa sa pinaka-madaling katrabaho sa industry and I owe her a lot for helping me pursuing my career. I am really happy na siya ang first guest ko tonight.
