Growing up, I always dreamed of two things. I wanted to be a mom, and I wanted to make a mark big enough to land on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

At my first job out of college, my boss told me,
“You are a little over the top sometimes, a bit too ambitious for your age.” Imagine??

If only she knew that one day I would build an agency, create jobs, and grow right alongside two little boys who think their mom can do anything.

The honest truth is that I still have not figured out the balance between motherhood and entrepreneurship. Every day requires sacrifice. Every day asks me to choose. And every day I wish I could give one hundred percent to both.

But this team is what brings that balance a little closer.

Because of you three, the life I am trying to build feels possible. A life where motherhood and ambition do not compete but strengthen each other.

Thank you for believing in our clients, this agency, and in me. I am endlessly grateful.

Through May 31st, Fiorella’s Cucina Concord invites guests to step into a blooming oasis of color, spring, and flavor with the launch of its
“Spring Blooms” Floral Installation & Floralia Cocktail Menu. Floralia, the ancient Roman festival honoring Fiorella’s namesake Flora—goddess of spring, flowering plants, growth and abundance—inspires this limited-time celebration at Fiorella’s Cucina Concord, bringing the promise of hope and sweeter times.

Fiorella’s Cucina has worked with Beach Plum Floral, a local South Shore based floral design studio, to transform their “Quincy Room” into an enchanting secret garden oasis.

But, it’s not just the ambiance! Sip on three exclusive Floralia-inspired cocktails, crafted to complement the bountiful ambiance, as Flora ushers in spring.

TEA THYME – Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur, Prosecco, lemon juice, green tea with
lemongrass and fresh thyme sprig

SPRING BLOOMS – Vermont Rum 44, lime juice, blueberry lavender mint simple syrup,
with a fresh mint and lavender bouquet

FORBIDDEN FLOWER – Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila, lime juice, Limoncello infused with jalapeño & blood orange citrus-hibiscus, with a habanero kosher salt rim

The Spring Blooms installation will remain in place throughout the season, offering a

Hey There! I’m Amanda, founder of AGL&Co. I have been working in restaurants for over 11 years. My very first job was a hostess position at a suburban Boston restaurant and despite some exploring in retail, and technology - I always came back to hospitality.

Over the past 4 years, I've held 2 positions as Director of Marketing for notable Greater Boston restaurant groups. Through these roles, I've immersed myself in the world of marketing strategy including Social Media, Events, Promotions, Photography, Partnerships, and Branding - curated through a hospitality lens for restaurant brands.
