Remember: Everything you do shapes your identity

Drinking coffee daily for years.

What will your craving be next month?

Watching TV after dinner for months.

What will your craving be next week?

Eating chocolate after lunch for weeks.

What will your craving be tomorrow?

If you're thinking of starting a business, ask yourself this:

Am I prepared to stick at it and work at it for 10 years?

Social media has made this idea louder.
It states that entrepreneurship is a quick path to success.

But it's not.

It's bloody hard.
And a lot goes into the polished product you see people post online.

So before deciding that entrepreneurship is the route you want to take, think about it.

And if you think that you want to get rich, don't bother.

The Mindset of a High Achiever

Success is more than actions; it's about thinking.
High achievers think uniquely.
Their traits drive their ambition, resilience, and growth.

They don't limit themselves to a 9-to-5 job.
They seek extra income from side hustles and business.
This approach boosts their finances, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive.

High achievers treat everyone with respect.
They understand the power of humility.
This creates a welcoming, respectful atmosphere.

Micromanagement stifles high achievers.
They thrive in independent, trusting settings.
They avoid controlling environments, preferring to lead their way to success.

They don't focus only on themselves.
They actively support others, fostering collaboration and shared success.

Email overload kills productivity.
High achievers prioritize, ignoring non-essential emails to stay focused.

They avoid office politics and gossip.
Instead, they invest in activities that support their growth and the organization's success.

High achievers are comfortable not knowing everything.
They keep learning with a beginner's mindset, which fuels their growth.

Financial stability is crucial.
They create passive income to follow their passions and gain freedom.

Success is a journey, not a destination.
High achievers are always learning, embracing entrepreneurship for its lessons.

They value outcomes over arbitrary metrics.
For them, real success is in tangible results, not numbers.

They love to learn and improve.
Driven by curiosity, they actively seek growth opportunities.

Humility is key.
They know success comes from hard work and others' support.
This mindset encourages growth and resilience.

By embracing this mindset, high achievers tap into their full potential.
They inspire and make a lasting impact.

The World's Shortest Sales 101 Course (Save for Later)

Sales don't come from themselves...

→ You gotta work to make them happen.

Here's how:

If the marketing is working but the leads aren't signing up, it's a lead-nurturing problem.

↳ Use Beehiiv (Automations) to message them: https://www.beehiiv.com/features/automations?via=yeahjack

If they are signing up but they aren't buying a membership, it's a sales problem.

↳ Use Microsoft Clarity to view what people are clicking: https://clarity.microsoft.com

If they are buying a membership but not staying for a year or more and regularly referring friends, it's a retention problem.

↳ Use Google Analytics to find out why: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics

Lead nurturing only matters when marketing is going well.

Marketing is only sustainable when sales are happening as a result.

Retention and referrals don't happen at all without sales.

It's simple: Use AI, but not like everyone else.

99% use AI inefficiently.

1. Ideation Booster: Feed it your topic, and it'll generate a list of content ideas to explore further.

2. Hook Crafter: Provide top-performing hook formats (like from Justin Welsh), and the AI will boost your new hook variations.

The key to success?

Adaptability.

But not any adaptability.

You need fast adaptability, very FAST adaptability.

Because the longer you wait, the more competitors will show up.

So to counter this, react to the market.
↳ React to people quickly.

The faster you can do that, the faster you can start anything new.

Anything is possible when you have inner peace.

We get too much information these days.

It comes from the:
• News
• "Social" Media
• Ads
•Anywhere else

It never stops coming at us.

Having all this information doesn't make us smarter.

Actually, it makes it hard to make good decisions.
↳ It wastes our time dealing with emails, notifications, and stuff we don't need to know.

It's hard to focus when you get information from so many places.

You can't concentrate fully on any one thing.

What can we do about it?

Sometimes take a break from technology.
Go outside in nature.
Don't look at screens.
Let your mind rest.

When you work, don't let information interrupt you.
Give your full attention to your work.
↳ Switching between tasks makes you lose focus.

Be careful what information you pay attention to.

Some places like to get your attention with crazy information just to get you looking at ads.

Take time to clear your mind by breathing slowly and calmly.

Too much information is a problem.

We have to control it, not let it control us.

Take breaks, focus, and choose good information.

Most people are not honest.
They are afraid to say what they really think.
They want others to like them.

But this is not a good way to live.

Being very honest is better. It has great power.

→ You learn what you really like.
→ You can be yourself, truly.
→ You make real friends.
→ You hear other views grow.
→ You make clear choices for your life.
→ You find others just like you.

Being honest can make others upset sometimes.
But this is better than hiding your true self.

Use your power of honesty.
Live the life you really want, not fake.
↳ Say what you think and feel openly.

To prevent burnout, achieve success every month, here's how:

5:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.: Start with your most important task during your body’s prime time. Make sure to confirm that you are truly focusing on that task and cannot get distracted by a LinkedIn notification.

8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.: Do a longer break. During this time, you can do meditation, do yoga, or take a cold shower. Stay fast for better flow.

9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.: Continue with another flow session, focusing on your task list. Remember that this is a deep work session, not a coffee chat.

12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.: Recover with a nap or a walk, followed by a nutritious meal. McDonald's doesn't count here.

1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.: Get back to work, keeping in mind the afternoon energy dip, meaning you won't be as focused as you were earlier in the day.

3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.: Engage in active recovery with exercise or relaxation techniques.

5:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.: Final work sprint, pushing to complete tasks.

8:00 p.m. onwards: Relax and recover. You just achieved 11 hours of focused work.

The technique you just learned is called "One Day Month".

Do this for 1 day each month, and your results will speak for themselves.

No one's dream should become yours.

Idea vs. Ex*****on:

Would you rather have a brilliant idea or flawless ex*****on?

The idea people argue:
• Success is born from a lightning concept.
• An original idea is everything.

But here's the catch:
Ideas are worthless if they're never brought to life.

The idea vs. ex*****on debate is like a coin.

A coin has two sides:
Heads and tails, both of which are equally essential.

Why, you may ask?
Without them, a coin is just a round piece of zinc.

→ Maximizing one while neglecting the other is a recipe for disaster.

A legendary idea with poor ex*****on is doomed to fail.

Great ex*****on of a poor idea is equally worthless.

You need a consistent balance between the two:

• Start with a unique idea.
• Validate it through customer research.
• Evolve it with exceptional ex*****on.
• Use feedback loops to refine the idea.

It's an endless cycle of idea > ex*****on > idea refinement > ex*****on optimization.

One without the other is like running on empty.

The innovator and the implementor must be with you.
↳ Nurture both the dreamer and the doer.

Because magic happens when you strike an unstoppable balance between idea and ex*****on.

I've experienced countless gains and losses, but being public is the most challenging.

When I started building my business in public, I had:
1. Something of the journey to show
2. Seeked lots of feedback
3. A responsibility towards the audience
4. A willingness to take every opportunity
↳ no matter how small

And that was the best part.

Sharing my journey (with its ups and downs) not only held me accountable but also got others to take action in the entrepreneurial niche.

But one thing I had which most do not have
→ Was my love and passion for entrepreneurship

Here’s what I did:
1. I put myself out there, sharing every step and misstep of my journey.
2. I turned into a feedback ju**ie, using the audience's insights to refine my ideas.
3. I treated my public commitment as a duty to keep pushing forward.
4. I stayed open to opportunities, attracting a broad audience like customers, partners, and mentors.

One thing I have understood is:
1. Authenticity is key.
2. Community building is priceless.
3.Public commitment equates to accountability.

That’s it. It's essential for today's entrepreneur.

Morning Habits of Successful People:

1. Wake Up Early
↳ Wake up before the rest of the country, and you'll already have a clear mind for the day.

2. Exercise
Exercise kickstarts your willpower and boosts your energy.

3. Mindfulness Practice
Take 10–15 minutes to meditate, journal, or practice gratitude.

4. Fuel Up Right
Ditch the sugary breakfast and opt for high-protein foods like eggs or nuts.

5. Review Your priorities
Take a few minutes to review your biggest priorities and systems.

Try implementing these 5 habits and watch your productivity and focus soar.

→ Your future self will thank you.
