Dropping in on a Monday to say… YOU’VE GOT THIS WEEK 💪
I like setting tiny goals for the week ahead… rn the boys are working out. They’ve been getting up earlier over the last week or so to fit in a 90 minute workout followed by ice baths every morning.
I seem to be the gym hand, setting up the equipment outside, charging the devices, getting fresh towels, restocking ice, replenishing water, making protein smoothies, followed by breakfast. But I’m good with my goal being helping them achieve theirs.
But goodness me have I had to buy a lot of ice 🤣

HAPPY HUMP DAY 👋
This guy got me up at 5am today. Usually he sleeps to around 10am… so I was a little panicked. Is he going to be sick, does he hear something or just need to go down to the garden?
Off we went downstairs to make our way to the garden and I turn to find Burt’s not following me anymore. I go back to find him sitting next to the front door with his swimming frisbee in his mouth.👀
I’m like there’s no way we are going down to the beach rn. I tell him it’s illegal to go to the beach before the coffee shop opens. He’s not buying it. I spend the next half hour chatting with him, realise I’m so awake I may as well have just taken him for his swim. 😂
