Check out the latest update of the Movie Madness Standings following episode 4! Furiosa just missed out on the top score this time around, so Challengers remains at the top of the standings. Interestingly enough, the new Garfield movie comes in with the lowest score so far, yet it has already become the most profitable movie that we have covered this season with +283% in profit! The first is the highly anticipated 'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga', the prequel to George Miller's exceptionally revered sci-fi action film 'Mad Max: Fury Road'. The second release covered, 'The Garfield Movie', is a new animated reboot of Jim Davis' iconic comic book character. During the past couple of weeks, we had two very different experiences with new movies that have hit the theaters. One was an animated attempt to reboot an old comic book character that loves lasagna but hates Mondays 😼, and the other was a highly anticipated prequel to a beloved and respected sci-fi film set in a post-apocalyptic Australian wasteland! 🏜

On this week's upcoming episode, we will be joined by a new guest to discuss how we felt about both of these movies! 🎙

Our latest Movie Madness Standings update following episode 3 is here! Check out how the movies that we have covered so far have performed at the box office in comparison to their production budgets. While Challengers remains at the top of the standings, the biggest winner at the theaters has been Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, posting a +124% in profit despite having the biggest budget of the movies on the list! 📈

Our first Movie Madness Standings for season 1 are out! After each episode, we will be publishing a list of the movies that have been covered on the podcast, sorted by their review score from Letterboxd 💯. We will also be providing the budget information and eventually the box office earnings for these movies as well 💰. Not only is this an easy way for you to see how movies this year are doing, but these standings will also be important for a very exciting season finale episode we have planned for you! More on that to come later!
