The festival "Belief on Screen" took place in Berlin in the past few days. The festival, organised by the two international church media umbrella organisations WACC (Protestant) and SIGNIS (Catholic), provided a special insight into new and established religious programmes on television and online platforms. Founded more than 50 years ago, the tradition-rich festival takes place every three years in alternating European countries, in each case in cooperation with local church organisers and broadcasters.
Who the winners were this year and why the festival offers a valuable opportunity for exchange - the answers can be found in the video prepared by Catolic Archdiocese of Berlin.
