Last Night The Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen has called on the United Kingdom to resettle 100,000 Rohingya currently living in Bangladesh in order to ease the burden of the refugee population on the country.

The proposal was made during a bilateral meeting with his British counterpart Elizabeth Truss, according to a statement from the Bangladesh High Commission in London.

The foreign minister said the resettlement would allow the UK, a global leader in justice and human rights, to provide the refugees with a better life and also lessen the unfair burden on Bangladesh.

Britain's foreign secretary thanked Bangladesh for its generous hosting of the Rohingya and responded that “while the UK could look into it, the best solution to the Rohingya crisis, however, lies in their safe and sustainable return to their homeland in Myanmar”.

Momen briefed Truss regarding the ongoing Rohingya crisis and the current stalemate in arranging for their safe and sustainable repatriation due to the absence of commitment by the Myanmar government.
Truss reiterated the UK’s commitment to resolving the crisis and said the UK, along with G7 and ASEAN countries, would pressure Myanmar to resolve the protracted situation
Citing previous incidents of repatriation, Momen said:
“Myanmar took them back as they were under sanctions at that time by the West, which is not the present case, while UK and other western countries continue to invest heavily into Myanmar, despite living proof of their persecution of Rohingyas and adjudication of their justice at the ICJ.”The UK has made $2.5 billion worth of investments into Myanmar just over the past three years, while bilateral trade between the nations stands at over $500 million, Momen noted.

Bangladesh can no longer simply shoulder the burden of 1.1 million forcibly displaced Myanmar nationals, he said.

The two foreign ministers also reaffirmed the ties between Bangladesh and the UK during their first official bilateral meeting in Kigali and vowed to exchange high level visits to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Both of them also welcomed proposals to jointly organise a Global Girls Education Summit, a climate leaders’ dialogue, and a Rohingya Conference in their capitals.

Truss expressed concern about the low numbers of Bangladeshi students going for higher education in the UK. Momen responded that the British High Commission in Dhaka was issuing fewer visas for students and businesses and requested the visa processing facility for these be relocated back to Dhaka so that at least 7,000-8,000 Bangladeshi students can travel to the UK for higher education each year.

Today Rohingya retained demonstrations to go back to their own mother land in 32 makeshift camps , they said " we want justice from UN " we are the citizens of Myanmar, " restore our citizenship rights. " We want UN security forces in Myanmar for our security , we want urgent repatriation according to UN law.

At first When they board on boat then the take 30 taka per person , when they reach in Myanmar city then 70 thousands and when reach in then 2 and at the last when they will have reached in then they take 2 Lakhs taka . If they are to police or others then they will not get their money.

The names of some human have been and their names will be in a few days.

from Genocide Watch, USA visited the Rohingya refugee camps in cox bazaar Bangladesh.
A delegation of 3 Genocide scholars led by Genocide Watch, USA including Founding president Professor Gregory Howard Stanlon arrived at Rohingya Camp-21 (Chakmarkul) at 11:30 am on 26/03/22.

During the visit, the delegation met the CiC of the camp and toured the A / 1 block. At the time, the delegation spoke to some ordinary Rohingya about the situation during the 2016 genocide in Myanmar. After the visit, the delegation left Chakmarkul camp at 2:10 pm.

One of the commander of ARSA members named Khairul Amin has abducted a Rohingya named Dudu Miya who lives in Nayafara Refugee Camp and demanded a ransom of Bangladesh Taka (100000) to release him. I would like to request Bangladesh government to make this kind of terror act immediatly. We have been grateful to the Bangladesh goverment forever for the kind hospitality and great initiatives towards Rohingyas. I do hope that this kind of abduction and kidnapping be stopped as soon as possible.

Balukhali 1 camp 10 Main block (E) sub block, G38 Three shelters were destroyed by landslide and among three shelters one family were all dead except household. His name is Esop. He is alive now also he is not in the camp. His wife and his children were all dead today 27/07/2021 before midday ( 12: 40 pm) by landslide. Dead body list. Namely 1) Dilder begun age .25 years ( Esop's wife) 2) Abdu Rahaman 2.5 year(his son) 3) Ayesha Siddika age. 1.5 years. ( His daughter).

The Canadian deputy minister visited the Nayapara registered refugee camp on 18th January 2021. They have visited the places where there was a fire in the camp recently. They were accompanied by the CIC of the camp along with UNHCR officials.
