In this episode season 5 gathers pace and, in spite of two storylines that we REALLY hated first time around and some entirely ridiculous and redundant backstory, we quite liked it.

We've had to keep this one quiet for a little while, but it gives us great pride to finally announce that the screenplay for Bad MonkeyZ has made the official selection at this years Oaxaca FilmFest in the International Screenplay catagory.

Running from 4-11th October the festival has been named one of 'The Top 25 Film Festivals in the world' by MovieMaker Magazine. More details about the festival can be found on their website by clicking the link below.

We've had a long but hugely productive couple of days shooting the trailer for Bad MonkeyZ. The edit begins tomorrow and there will be photographs to follow soon but for now we'd just like to say a huge thank you to our amazing cast and crew and to the lovely people at Coffeeagogo Cardiff for their support. We are truly blessed to work with such incredibly generous and talented people.

Double Top gets its Scottish Premiere tomorrow at The Deep Fried Film Festival, at Conforti Institute in Coatbridge. Chris & Helen will be at the festival from Thursday to Saturday so keep your eyes on the Twitter feed for updates from the event. (updates may vary in quality depending on level of alcohol consumed)

Just a reminder to everyone that Double Top will be screening on Sunday night at this years Landed festival. Tickets are still available from the website at http://landedfestival.co.uk at £60 for the weekend including camping or £20 per day for day tickets.
