Italian Cheesy Piadina, one of my favourite lunch spot. Lovely people who love and dream to bring authentic italian food to the world. They freshly make the dough and cook them on the spot! Lemon Butter Scallops! This beautiful seared scallops just love a little bit of lemon and butter, instantly lock and release all the flavour in a single bite. Egg Custard Bun! My first dimsum after lockdown, back to one of my favourite restaurant in @chinatownlondon. Steam custard buns are a dimsum classic, you must order this! Super soft and spongy texture with my favourite custard filling, creamy, fragrant and sweet. It has a melt-in-your-mouth texture when it is hot. "𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝟑𝟕" Thai Pudding! Silky and wobbly that doink doink everytime when you move them. Love wobbly foods, the silky texture and tasty thai milk flavour are so tasty! Chewy tapioca pearl and brown sugar infused into them to enhance the flavour further! Woohoo! Sunday cheat day satisfied 😋😋😋 . 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Thai Tea 13-15g Condensed Milk 50g Water 400g Double Cream 50g 4 Eggs 100g Tapioca Ball Brown sugar . 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 1) Simmer water, double cream and condensed milk in a pan. Turn off the heat then leave Thai tea in for around 10 minutes. 2) Crack 4 eggs in another bowl and mix it. 3) Pour Thai tea into the eggs mixture slowly and whisking until completely combined. 4) Pour Thai tea mixture into cups and steam it for 15 minutes. 5) Cool down for 4-6 hours. 6) Boil 1L water then add 100g Tapioca ball. Cook for 30 minutes then turn off the heat. Steam for another 30 minutes. 6) Drain the tapioca. Add 20g brown sugar in and marinate at least 15 minutes. "Silky Marbling Steak" Speechless and it just gone! The premium Japanese Kobe on hot stone. So Fking delicious! Not your ordinary chewy medium rare steak, this is silky steak. The fats just melted and the flavour just burst out in 1 second. Sadly, the happiness just last for 1 minute as I really love them and it end so quickly! I need to come back for more! "Italian Piadina" You know italian cuisine is always so delicious! But have you heard of piadina or Italian flat bread? Super crispy and gooey texture! They homemade their piadina from scratch and place pesto and all the lovely toppings on top. We had their vegetarian option with cheese!
