The marking of a new year creates the space for us to feel like we are starting over. I’m not talking resolutions or vision boards, just a big sigh and a “begin again” opportunity. We always have this as an option, but the changing of the year feels like a natural time to start fresh.
If you’re here, it’s probably because you’ve taken (or wanted to take) a class with me before. I am back to teaching in January, would love to see you.
In January, I’ll be teaching one weekly class and two pop-ups at Zen Den Yoga & Wellness. If the classes are well attended, they will continue. I haven’t taught anything in so long, so this is me putting my toe back in the water to see who wants to take classes, and which.
My belief is that you know your body better than anyone else does, and I trust that you know what you need. With that, my classes are focused on slowing down and being in your body, allowing your breath to lead the movement. It’s not a fast class, it won’t feel difficult, so if you are looking for a power class, mine aren’t that.
My classes are about being present in your body, sitting with what comes up, and tuning in to what you need.
I hope to see you in January, not because it’s a resolution but because it’s a good time to come to your mat.
It’s really always a good time, you know. 😉
