ℹ️ It's essential to calculate the release time according to the BPM (beats per minute) of the track because it ensures that the dynamics processing, such as compression and limiting, synchronizes seamlessly with the tempo of the music. This synchronization helps maintain the groove and energy of the track while ensuring that no parts of the audio are unnaturally cut off or prolonged.

👉 To calculate simply divide 60000 by your track bpm
Here is an example:
60000 / 128 BPM = 468 ms release time

😎 This is how you can nail the release time every single time and avoid unwanted pumping while keeping your compressor in check with the track in question.
