Day off work today and what a great morning out in Karumba! I caught a nice threadfin and jewel fish and Robert caught another barra, 3 blue salmon, 1 steelback salmon and 2 threadfin salmon!
Finished the day with a few bourbons and chilli mudcrab for dinner

Had the morning off work, so what else to do in Karumba but go fishing! Little bit of fun- brought home a nice Barra for dinner.🙂

So after a 2 day stop over in Gladstone , courtesy of RACQ and a new fuel pump, we are back on the road!! Now just hope the roads are good all the way through to Karumba and nothing else breaks!

We didn't get a chance to catch up with everybody while we were home, those we did see it was great to catch up, those we didn't we'll be back in December!

Went for a drive this morning out to Moonie River targeting catfish. Got 2 keepers, plus a heap of carp!! Beautiful morning out on the riverbank.

Went for drive to Roma to see family, checked out the art sculputures and Roma's largest bottle tree. Also stopped in at Surat and checked out the Cobb &Co changing station museum that has an aquarium tank holding freshwater fish in it.

There's a beautiful path along the Terrace that's great for a morning walk, as well as murals around town that you can check out.
