Great to be back on Air last night for our last Monday night show. Its been 14 months of our " On yer Bike show" now.
However, we're pleased to say the show goes on.
As from the 5th March we will have a new Daytime show every Tuesday 9am - 1.00pm
4hrs of our usual mix of insane chat and great music.
Here on Lake District Radio we produce our own play lists, from 4 decades including Rock, Soul, Dance, Reggae.
You are welcome to be part of the Show by posting requests on this fb page or Elliot James Lake District Radio. 🙂😎

Unfortunately due to some Technical Hissy Fit in the Studio. It doesn't look like Elliot and I will be presenting our usual Monday night " On yer Bike" live show.
By some miracle they may just turn it around. Can't be sure.
Anyway for now it looks like next Monday for a mix of 60s tracks from Elliot James and 70s 80s Rock from me.
Plus our usual ridiculous banter.
