The Toronto office is currently accepting applications for a full-time (in office) Social Media and Administrative Assistant.

The position will start ASAP, Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, with a starting salary of $18-$20/hr depending on experience.

The ideal candidate must possess the following key skills:

• Knowledge of the film/tv/theatre/dance industry
• Training/experience in social media marketing and graphic arts
• Knowledge of Word Press, Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva
• Highly organized and meticulous
• Be equally a self-starter and work well within a team setting
• Work well under pressure while keeping a positive attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the agency

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Duties (80 to 85% of daily tasks)
- New client onboarding
- Maintaining client marketing materials across various casting platforms and agency website
- Supporting the agents and the agency director with various tasks as needed

2. Social Media Management (15 to 20% of daily tasks):
- managing/coordinating with Vancouver office, social media accounts (Insta, Fb, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Supporting Influencer Division agent with content and brand deals
