May the Fourth Be with you! It’s Star Wars Day once again and time for our annual montage of Star Wars cosplayers. This year’s project has a few distinctions that our previous years’ montages did not. First and foremost, this is by far our largest collaboration ever, with a whopping 90 photos! Amazing!!! And second, as a result, the finished compilation is almost 5 minutes long… too long for CapCut to allow for sound to be exported. And of course, too long for Reels music. So put on your favorite Star Wars soundtrack, sit back, and enjoy this awesome display of Star Wars and 40+ community!
Lastly, there are too many participants to tag in this post. Everyone is tagged in the video, though, including the three photographers who submitted pix for this project! Please show everyone your support by following them on Instagram (and Facebook! We have a handful of Facebook participants this time, too!).

There are four days left before the deadline for our latest video project, and of course you can still participate! All you need is a big red heart (a construction-paper one works just as well, although it won’t be nearly as tasty). You can wear cosplay or you can transform from civvies into cosplay. Just be sure to shoot in vertical/portrait format, accept from your right with your right hand and pass to your left with your left hand. Be sure to show the camera how you’re spreading the love! Keep your videos to 10 seconds or less and leave buffer room for editing at the start and end. Send your videos to us at cosplayover40 @ gmail by midnight on the 7th!
