Adjusted Gratuity is a Chicago Based independent film company that specializes in low budget comedy features as well as live improv and comedy sketches. Our first film, "The Truth About Average Guys", was made for a mere $5000 and won 6 awards and festivals across the country. It was even selected into the 2011 Film-Com Distribution and Completion Market where Jason Schaver and Ken Gayton got to p

itch their film projects to a room full of studio executives from all across the country. Their followup feature, "S.O.L.", was shot during the summer of 2010 and is currently making the rounds on the film festival circuit. It can also be watched instantly on your computer for $1.99 through a one week rental. We are currently raising funds to help us buy new gear so we can film some upcoming projects. Projects include - a comedy sketch show TV pilot, a sitcom TV pilot, a short film called "No Regrets" which is a drama/thriller unlike anything you've ever seen from Adjusted Gratuity, and several investment trailers for upcoming feature films we'd like to shoot in the not too distant future.
