I have lost 42lbs since March on Mounjaro 🤗
I am not following a special diet but just watching what I eat. My doctor put me on a max of 1,400 calories per day but I am not counting grams of fat or carbs or anything. The only thing I did was stop eating sugar and started eating smaller portions eating more protein and drinking TONS of water. Key is - eating a LOT less!!
Mounjaro has taught me to eat when I’m satisfied not when I am ability to blow up 😮‍💨
Mounjaro has helped me with my food addiction. The old me would overload my plate, eat until I was about to explode, eat everyone else’s food. It was BAD! 😬
So not only is Mounjaro helping me lower my a1c and my risk of heart disease but it’s also treating my pcos (look at that bloated moon face in the before 😪) BUT it’s also helping my food addiction.
I have about 43 lbs to go and I know that this amazing tool will get me there

The girl on the left was so sad and in pain and so insecure. I NEVER want to be back there again 🙌🏼

3 months in and 33 pounds less I am starting to feel more like me. My confidence is back, my headspace is much better and I FEEL FANTASTIC ✨💜
My only regret? Is not doing this sooner! 🥹
