Last week I received a message that struck me to my core. Scott Byrnes, a Veteran and close friend had taken his life. The week prior to that I had gotten notice that another person I knew who was on Active Duty had also taken his life…….. I know there are so many options and resources out there available to help with prevention but have still decided to try to start one more. If we can prevent the loss of even one that’s amazing.

I am starting this page in hopes that it spreads as a place where people who need help, those who may know additional resources, or anyone can come to at any time to have a friend to just talk to. We need to re-engage and connect with those that we may assume are ok.
